Hypnobirthing &
Positive Postpartum Classes
Our 5-week course combines the comprehensive Positive Birth Course by Hypnobirthing Australia™ with my exclusive session on Honouring Matrescence and Planning for a Positive Postpartum. Across 18 hours, you'll gain the knowledge, tools, and support needed for both birth and the early days of parenthood.
Over the first 4 weeks, we cover essential elements of childbirth preparation focusing on knowledge, tools, support, and preparation. These sessions are designed to help you navigate the intensity and power of labour and birth with confidence.
In addition to the core hypnobirthing content, in the 5th week we’ll move into our session on Honouring Matrescence and Planning for a Positive Postpartum. This session, developed by me, delves into the transformative experience of becoming a parent, ensuring that you feel prepared not only for birth but for the profound transition into parenthood.
These benefit to these intimate group classes being held online are:
You tune in on a weeknight from the comfort of your home, where you both feel comfortable and at ease.
They don’t take up your precious weekends.
They provide more flexibility for those with other children or busy schedules.
You can join us from anywhere in the UK.
They’re delivered in smaller chunks to provide more time to process and integrate the knowledge in-between sessions.
They’re delivered by an experienced midwife, matrescence and birth educator.
Across the first 4 sessions we’ll build on your understanding of the physiology of your birthing body, develop a toolkit for managing the intensity of labour, come together as a team and deepen your capacity and confidence to ask empowered questions and make informed decisions regarding your unique birth experience.
In our BONUS 5th session (not affiliated with Hypnobirthing Australia/Hyp[nobubs) we’ll dive into understanding matrescence, considerations for postpartum planning and navigating life with a newborn, so that you can set yourself up for a more easeful and supported transition into parenthood.
